If you have a SECD Activation code (12 character code), please visit www.secdregister.com . From this site, you will be required to enter your activation code and then select a userid and temporary password.  You will receive an email confirming your activation. Accounts are normally activated within 4 to 6 hours during regular business hours. You will receive a followup email once your account has been activated.
